Refund and Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction, and in the event that your online purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer the following options:

 Returns/Exchanges:

Online orders can be returned or exchanged, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
  • Process the return or exchange within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and won’t be refunded in-store.
  • Items under specified promotions (e.g., ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’) are eligible for in-store exchange only.
  • “Final Sale” or “Clearance” items, including those at 60-80% off, or in SALE or CLEARANCE section, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry, intimates (underwear and bras), and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For damaged items, email us at [email protected] for replacement procedures.

Returns by Mail:

To initiate a return by mail, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the return form available here.
  2. Provide required information, including order number, SKU numbers of items, and return code.
  3. Pack merchandise, return form, and invoice securely in a box or envelope (customer’s responsibility).
  4. Drop the package at the nearest post office or arrange a Canada Post Pickup (call 1-866-607-6301).
  5. Once received and processed, you’ll get a “Refund Notice” email for your records.
  6. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method, typically taking 5-7 business days to appear on your card statement.
