Returns/Exchanges:
Online orders can be returned or exchanged, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
- Process the return or exchange within 30 days of the original order date.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and won’t be refunded in-store.
- Items under specified promotions (e.g., ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’) are eligible for in-store exchange only.
- “Final Sale” or “Clearance” items, including those at 60-80% off, or in SALE or CLEARANCE section, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry, intimates (underwear and bras), and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For damaged items, email us at [email protected] for replacement procedures.
Returns by Mail:
To initiate a return by mail, follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form available here.
- Provide required information, including order number, SKU numbers of items, and return code.
- Pack merchandise, return form, and invoice securely in a box or envelope (customer’s responsibility).
- Drop the package at the nearest post office or arrange a Canada Post Pickup (call 1-866-607-6301).
- Once received and processed, you’ll get a “Refund Notice” email for your records.
- The refund will be processed back to the original payment method, typically taking 5-7 business days to appear on your card statement.
